Custom and personalized orders

It usually takes 2-3 weeks for custom orders. If you need sooner please message us and we can try to accommodate.

We are not responsible for buyers custom color choices. If we see a color selection that maybe off, we may contact the buyer. If the buyer agrees this is the color selection and does not like after delivery, we can not be held responsible.

Please remember that colors on the screen and in person sometimes are different. Different computer screens/phone screens, lighting, etc all play a part in the actual color being portrayed . We do our best to get this images as close to the real thing.

Wholesale availability

Absolutely! We love more than anything getting our babies out there! Contact us with your questions about pricing and quantities .

Care instructions

As with all handmade items care is needed. While we stand behind our babies we do ask that the handles do not get submerged, just surface cleaned only. With the paracord falls, hand washing with a mild soap and water and hang drying works the best when needed. If body fluids are present ( etc, blood) peroxide is great for removing stains and rinsing well.

Rubber & silicone are easily whipped off with wipes as well as hand washing.

Please contact us if there are any questions before you wash.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer gift wrapping. Each item purchased will be wrapped in a box of its own and wrapped with seasonal paper. We often have choices available. Please check listing.

Sizing details

All of our handles are based on an average 3/4 inch PVC handle. If you need a smaller size (or larger) let us know. We can gladly adjust to fit your needs.

LOST, MIS-DELIVERED & DAMAGES PACKAGES

Let's admit it - mistakes happen. USPS, UPS,FEDEX,DHL..all ran by humans. I however, do not work for them. Once a package leaves me, I DO NOT have control over what happens. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company & see if they can help.( they can contact the driver right away).

CHECK WITH THE NEIGHBORS!!

Call as soon as you see it is missing!!! If you wait 2 weeks to look for it...chances of it being found are none! Help this artist out ! I hate remaking pieces!!

If a package is damaged, take detailed pictures! Send to me. I am willing to file a claim,but YOU have 7 days from delivery to let me know about the damage. After that it is your responsibility.
