Perfect! Rachel went to the trouble of ordering special yarn and the color is exactly right - I love them. Don't hesitate to order from her: nice quality work and good communications.

About

Crafting Geeky Yarns and Knitting Toys for Geeky Girls and Nerdy Boys

I was inspired to start my shop so I could get my little crochet critters and knit gloves out into the world. I'm always looking for new ways to bring the geeky and the whimsical into every day life. I have round smiling monsters, toy sheep, and moles with carrot ray guns on my desk at my office job.

Whether it's a Wee Beastie or a Neon Glove, I want to share the geeky fiber love with everyone.

Rachel is a librarian who loves all things fiber and geeky. She lives in the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her wife and 2 cats. She loves rainbow fibers and would be lost without her spinning wheel and knitting needles.

Welcome to Fateful Fiber! Everything appearing in my shop was hand crafted by me and I take special care to ensure that everything I offer is something that I would be proud to wear or use myself. I'm happy to take custom orders so please convo me if you have any questions or inquiries. You are not obligated to buy if you're asking a question so don't hesitate to ask ;)

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
Payment
Paypal is my preferred method of accepting payment.

I will accept money orders, however, I must receive the money order before I'll ship the item.
Shipping
I ship via USPS first class mail and I offer delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance I can add that for you as well at an additional cost. I make every effort to ship in a timely manner and I will provide you with updates as often as I can along the process. Please be aware that if you're requesting a custom item it will take some time to make :)

If you would prefer another shipping method and are willing to pay increased shipping costs (such as priority mail or other rush shipping) then convo me and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
Refunds and Exchanges
For non custom items I will accept returns within one (1) week of receipt of an item as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds will be issued via paypal for the full item price minus the shipping cost.

For any custom work I can't normally accept returns.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders: I am happy to accept custom orders, just send me a convo and I'll be happy to work out something.

All items come from a smoke free home where 2 cats live. The cats are strictly not allowed to play with the yarn and all garments are washed before they ship to you.
