POLICIES
All cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Because we immediately start ordering materials from the mill after your order, we reserve the right to deny any cancellation request after 24 hours of purchase.

The way a fabric looks in your home can differ for various reasons, from your computer monitor settings to how white or yellow the lighting in your room is. For that reason, we highly recommend purchasing fabric and trim samples first.

Our custom work requires a lot of planning and time for each customer's unique order, so all sales are final except for errors in workmanship or damage.

Measuring incorrectly or not liking a fabric are not valid reasons for returns. We provide detailed measuring instructions and offer fabric, lining, and trim samples to avoid this. Customers are responsible for fully reading the product descriptions and adhering to our measuring instructions.

Any requests for added features or labor outside the scope of what is specified on the purchased product page and invoice will be denied without prior approval from us. It is the customer's responsibility to ask any questions and read all pertinent product information offered before purchase.

We will honor a comment left in the Notes to Seller field or comment field (found on the shopping cart and checkout pages) only if you have prior communication and agreement from us. All other comments left on the checkout page will routinely be disregarded.

Most items ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, unless otherwise stated. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered on the checkout page and to hold mail if they are on vacation.

CUSTOMER'S OWN MATERIALS ORDERS

We may or may not accept customer's own materials (COM) orders, depending on how busy we are.
Please note that we have a $600 minimum order requirement in labor and lining if you choose to provide your own fabrics instead of choosing from our already existing inventory.
All provided fabrics must be new and delivered on a roll to us. We do not accept fabrics that appear to have been used/cut already or arrive folded inside a shipping box.

We reserve the right to deny fabrics and trims if they are not suitable for your chosen style. We recommend sending us samples of the materials you plan on using first to avoid this.

Having said that, errors in workmanship are absolutely honored by us. We'll be more than happy to fix or refund any errors you find - this decision will be at our discretion depending on the situation.

Can I cancel my order?

We honor cancellations within the first 24 hours as everyone makes mistakes understandably. However, we order materials immediately after that 24 hour grace period and therefore will not be able to honor cancellation requests once we order and receive your materials from the mill.
