I live in Arkansas and the birthday party is in Eastern Tennessee, so I haven't seen the boxes, but the special card she made for me was just precious and will be framed as a special gift. Favor Box Bakery... How it all started
When I was a little girl, there was this grand sweet shoppe where we would stop after school, or on Saturdays with the whole family. Huge, swirly lollipops colored the front windows, and the smell of fresh caramel enveloped your senses as soon as the doors opened. A few shops down, was an old fashioned family ice cream parlor where they made the best butterscotch swirl ice cream! A little further down the street, was a dainty little pastry shop where everyone in town bought their birthday and wedding cakes.
The shop owners were involved in the community and saw generations of families grow up in their shops. I knew that someday, I wanted to have my own business, and to help people with celebrations of milestones. I also wanted to be a veterinarian, a rock star, a lawyer, and a race car driver!
After years working as a Human Resources Director, I decided to follow my heart. I married Troy, the love of my life. He encouraged me to pursue my dreams, and we started our cupcake business in 2003. Here were are, several years later, still doing what we love...mixing, baking, and designing, and celebrating life's most special moments with our wonderful customers.

Returns and exchange details
We DO NOT print your labels without YOUR APPROVAL! We will always send you a proof of your label for your approval before we begin on your order, and we will always work hard to exceed your expectations. If we make a mistake after you have approved your label, we will of course, make your order right. Please, let us know if you're unhappy BEFORE leaving negative feedback. We're easy to work with and will always try our best to make you happy.
Payment
We do not accept checks or money orders.
Listings MUST be purchased BEFORE any design work begins.
Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the date of your event, not in the order in which it was received. It's very important that you let us know WHEN you need your order, so we can make sure it arrives in plenty of time for your event. As a general rule, please allow at least 7-10 business days to receive your order. Larger orders will require additional time. We will communicate with you every step of the way, and you'll know exactly when your order will ship!
HOW YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days to reach you once we have shipped your order. We ship with flat rate boxes...it's the least expensive, safest, and quickest way to ship your order due to the heavy weight of the cupcake mixes.
Please remember, Priority Mail is NOT a "guaranteed" delivery time...it is the USPS and sometimes it takes a little longer. Upon shipping your order, we will always provide you with the shipping and tracking details so that you can track your package online. Please understand that once your package leaves our capable hands, delivery is out of our control. Insurance is included.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy the favor boxes WITHOUT the cupcake mixes?
Yes! They are $2.00 each. This includes the box, ribbon, and label. We attach the ribbon and label for you so they're ready to go! You'll need a custom listing in order to purchase, so please use the CUSTOM REQUEST button to get the process started. Shipping costs will depend on the quantity ordered...just contact us for a quote.
Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Discounted prices are reflected in the quantity section of the drop down menu.
Can you make a label to match my party theme?
Custom orders are always welcome! We can match any theme or even an invitation. Listings MUST be purchased BEFORE we begin work on your graphic designs.
Custom color changes, and font changes are always free of charge.
We will always do our very best accommodate you...just ask if you have any special requests.
Are cupcake mix party favors available for WHOLESALE purchase?
No. We don't offer wholesale or drop shipping. We do not mass produce our products, and we update our inventory with new designs frequently. We believe your favors should be as unique and as special as you and your event, and not found in a discount chain store or online favor outlet!
Products Reviews/Trades/Giveaways/Those asking for Free Products
Favor Box Bakery does not participate in any product reviews/blog giveaways/mommy blog photo shoots/bartering and trades. We do very much appreciate your interest in our shop, and are so glad you like our party favors, but with the volume of requests for free or "reviewed" products, along with all of the paid orders here on Etsy, and the volume of our cupcake bakery, it just isn't possible. We do participate in a lot of local charitable events in our own community.
