♥Upcycled and Handmade Fun Stuff♥
FavoriteThingsbyJane's Shop Policies
I love everything vintage and I love the idea of re-using as many things as I can.
I always begin with clean fabric, quilts, bedspreads or other vintage linens for my handmade items. I have a smoke free home.
I accept PayPal and Direct checkout through Etsy, using a credit card.
SHIPPING: I do my best to quote fair and reasonable shipping rates. I do not try to profit from shipping.
**All U.S. deliveries will have a USPS delivery confirmation number. I buy and print shipping labels through paypal or Etsy. If your package has not arrived in what you think is a reasonable time-please politely contact me and we will check on the delivery status together.
International customers: I ship USPS first class international. I am working on getting international quotes for all my listings. Please know that I will refund shipping costs that are more than $3.00 over actual. If you order more than one item you can either contact me for a reserved listing or purchase knowing that you will be reimbursed.
Very Important!! If you want an item shipped to an address other than what is listed in your Paypal or Etsy account, please let me know, as I will use Paypal or Etsy for labeling and shipping. Please make sure that your address is correctly listed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: If an item is mis-represented by me or if an item arrives damaged, please convo me so we can work something out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I welcome combined shipping requests and will consider all offers or special requests.
VINTAGE ITEMS: Vintage items are used items and will usually show some signs of wear. I do not clean most vintage items that are listed in my store. If you have any questions or need more pictures for a better description, please contact me before purchase.
Most of my vintage items are purchased at estate sales or from dealers and have been sold to me as vintage. I'm not an expert but I do research when possible and I am having lots of fun learning.
