Tracking information will be sent to you when your item(s) are shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs fees are a shipping charge. After wearing gently wipe down your jewelry to remove any residue. Store your jewelry inside a jewelry box to minimize the exposure to air. Please note 14k gold filled jewelry can come in contact with water. However, to maintain the shine and avoid dulling the piece over time it's still recommend to remove before showering, swimming, etc. Warning: Choking hazard, small parts, keep away from small children.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are carefully packaged and arranged neatly inside of gift boxes with suitable tissue and cotton fiberfill. No receipts or invoices are shipped with your items to avoid prices being displayed if being sent as a gift. However, international orders will receive an invoice with their order for customs. Wrong address - Missing packages

I ship your items to the address provided to me on ETSY. Please, double-check that you have entered the correct address. If any changes need to be made, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. Missing Packages:
If your tracking is marked delivered but is not within your possession, there's little that I can do. Please, check with other family members who might collect the mail or neighbors who might have received your package by mistake or give it extra time to arrive. If you believe your mail was stolen you should file a Mail Theft Complaint via the USPS website and open a case to find it.
