All items are carefully packaged and arranged neatly inside of gift boxes with suitable tissue and cotton fiberfill. If ordering multiple items. No receipts or invoices are shipped with your items to avoid prices being displayed if being sent as a gift. Please refer to your Emails for invoices and tracking information. Wrong address - Missing packages

Wrong address:
I ship your items to the address provided to me on ETSY. Please, double-check that you have entered the correct address. If any changes need to be made, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. Returned packages due to incorrect mailing address is upon the buyer to purchase a new shipping label if they wish for it to be reshipped.

Missing Packages:
If your tracking is marked delivered but is not within your possession, there's little that I can do. Please, check with other family members who might collect the mail or neighbors who might have received your package by mistake or give it extra time to arrive. If you believe your mail was stolen you should file a Mail Theft Complaint via the USPS website and open a case to find it.
