Bonjour et bienvenue dans ma boutique "Fée à Paris".
Welcome in my Etsy shop "Fée à Paris".
I am french and I live in the heart of Paris, where I create all sort of things, depending on my inspirations. Right now I sew clutch & scarf. I'll do jewelry again quite soon and who knows what else?
I have the chance (and so do you!) , to have access to Malhia Kent atelier and to buy the most beautiful "weaved" fabrics there for my scarves. I strive for quality and that requires hand-finished techniques, especially for the "fringe" of my scarves.

I accept payments via PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to use this function. Click on the PayPal button and follow the instruction to pay with a debit or credit card.
Shop prices are in $ and are automatically converted to your selected currency by PayPal.
Shipping
I ship worldwide from France via La Poste French postal service. Post office visits are only made three days a week. If necessary I refund any excess shipping charges of more than 1€.

Delivery times after I've shipped:


France - two to three business days

Addresses in Europe - five to ten business days

Everywhere else - seven to fourteen business days



• Once shipped, most orders arrive within times above. However, some orders shipped overseas may take longer to arrive due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e. customs, holidays, adverse weather conditions, etc.) In the rare cases when that happens, thank you for being patient with delivery.

Orders sent registered airmail or Colissimo (see below) require signature upon delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, delivery may have been attempted without notice. Tracking information is provided when I ship which will allow you to pick up the package at your local post office in this case. If your local post office requires it, and only after the delivery times mentioned above have passed, you can contact me for a scanned image of the shipping slip for you to print out

How your order is being shipped:


France métropolitaine: Selon la valeur et le poids, les colis sont envoyés par lettre prioritaire, lettre suivie, Colissimo France avec suivi ou Colissimo Recommandé.



Outside of France:


• Small packages less than 75€ are sent priority airmail. There is no tracking or insurance for this mode of shipping. I can upgrade shipping to include either or both of those options, and the difference will be invoiced through PayPal. This cost will be 2:5€, 4.3€ or 5.3€, depending on whether the upgrade includes only tracking without insurance or tracking with insurance and the amount of insurance coverage you wish to have.


• Orders above 75€ and large packages under that amount are sent priority airmail with tracking, signature required upon delivery. Tracking is available for all orders sent this way, but some shipping rates do not have insurance included. (This depends on location.) If you would like to upgrade to include insurance, contact me and I will invoice the difference.


• Orders above 330€ and any orders that exceed 2 kg / 4.4 lbs shipping weight are sent via French post's service of Colissimo Prioritaire International: Registered airmail with online tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. Delivery is 4-8 business days. Only items sent Colissimo may be tracked online at all times. 


• Orders are nicely packaged and I ship to the address indicated on the Etsy invoice. If you'd like your purchase shipped directly to someone as a gift, please mention this in the message to seller at checkout and one to two short phrases you'd like written on the note to the lucky recipient. Invoices are not included in packages.

Customs duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and I am not responsible for these additional charges.
*I am legally obligated to provide and always note true information on customs forms, even if buyers ask or tell me to do otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns for clothing unworn, unused, and in original condition.


Returns must be shipped to me within 3 business days of receipt with items placed back into any interior packaging in which they were initially wrapped for protection, hang tags included.
Customs forms are to be marked "retour de marchandise" ("returned goods") with value marked as "N/A".


Any returns I accept will be for exchange, store credit or refund minus shipping and packaging costs. (I make this decision myself according to the item and to what went wrong.) Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 


Full refunds are only given for items lost or damaged in the mail that have been shipped with full insurance or in the off chance that I sent the incorrect item due to fault on my part.


I do not accept returns, make exchanges or give refunds without prior communication and if feedback is given. I pride myself on excellent customer service and am responsive to communication I receive, so I urge buyers to take advantage of that. Failure to contact me immediately upon receipt of the item and/or leaving feedback will imply acceptance of the item or transaction as is. Prior to any full refund (paragraph above), a claim will be submitted with the postal authorities and photographic proof will be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Business days in my shop are Monday to Friday.
I currently do not sell wholesale.
All pieces are created by hand. The fabrics I used are weaved, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight differences from what is shown in the photos.
Handmade in France. All materials used in pieces are hand-picked by me and sourced locally in France from French suppliers. The fabrics for the scarves (except silk) are designed in Paris and weaved in France, close to Lyon.
Pet-free and smoke-free home.
