4 out of 5 starsThe overall design process was easy and they was always on hand to make any adjustments and help. The passports are nice quality and have received lots of compliments. The only reason for my deduction of a star is because they arrived damaged (pretty much all of them, 30+), as I was in a rush to get them out I didn’t have time to wait for more to be printed and then delivered but nothing else was an option as compensation which I would’ve expected for paying £250+.
