Invitations came out beautiful! Customers service was very helpful answering all my questions. My only qualm is that I had ordered 85 invitation and rsvp envelopes with 68 being pre addressed. They sent all 68 pre address & no extra. They sent the extra separately after I reached out. But what was even worse, is all of the pre addressing was off centered and crooked, major. It was really bad actually. They offered to redo them, but I didn’t have enough time, nor did I want to pay more duties (I’m in the US), so they refunded me instead. Overall, they turned out beautiful, and I keep getting messages that they are the most beautiful invitations people have ever received, and I am very grateful for the customer service. The pre-addressed envelopes were just disappointing.

We absolutely love our wedding invitations! They are exactly as we imagined and discussed, and they are really high quality. We were also very happy with the customization options and the whole process was really easy.

A really lovely invitation, beautifully made with great attention to detail. We ultimately chose the Seraphina invitation simply because we preferred black. But all in all, a very high-quality and beautiful invitation card.
