There was a glitch in the delivery and the owner/artist stepped right up to the plate and adjusted to what needed to be done in order to correct the glitch. I purchased these for my Daisies as a bridging gift. All the reviews are accurate.... they are absolutely Beautiful! They were the perfect gift for how I wanted my girls to FEEL, Special. The size is perfect, and the engraving is so clear. And Stephanie was amazing! She responded quickly to my questions, and despite the fact that I ordered so late, she shipped them out days before for our event. Great customer service. Love the bracelet and the turnaround time was amazingly quick. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I felt the engraving of the name is quite small. Wish it would have been a bit larger as there is room on the heart. 8/23/19 - I changed my rating to 5 stars & if I could give more, I would. As I mentioned the bracelet is perfect. After seeing my review, Stephanie contacted me. She stated that the stamping could be done in a larger font and offered to redo my order. The new bracelet is absolutely perfect!
