FAQ



COVID-19:
Due to pandemia international shipping times are experiencing lengthy delays. The safest option is to choose dal upgrade. Please contact me if you are in a hurry - we will try to find a solution.

SHIPPING:
Orders until 2 kg I send with EMS Global - but it takes about 3-4 weeks for the package to reach its destination. If you want your order faster (3-10 days depending of the part of the world), please choose DHL upgrade.

All orders over 2 kg can only be send by DHL.


HANDMADE CERAMICS:
Every piece in my studio is handmade. That's why it's hardly possible to find two identical items even if they looks like the same. ----> I call it beauty of the craft;)

PHOTOS:
The colors of what you see on computer may slightly vary from what you see in real. That probably comes from your computer setting. While taking photos I do my best to show the real colors of the items.

MADE TO ORDER
I do custom pottery. If you have something on mind, please feel free to contact me.


GIFT WRAPPING:
If you order something for the gift, please let me know in conversation/mail, so I can wrap it specially for you. This is free of charge.
I love wrapping gifts, so you can be sure it will be packed with love.

PACKING:
I am trying to be eco-friendly person and I also try to be so in my studio. I pack everything carefully in reused paper boxes.


TAXES:
Buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs charges that may appear due to selling beyond European Union.
