    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Because of the custom nature of my work, all orders are final and non-refundable.

    Keep in mind that careful review of your proofs is the best way to avoid printing errors.

    *Once the packages are delivered, Felice Design is not liable for any damages/stolen packages etc.
    Shipping
    Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping and insurance are available at an additional cost. Please ask for details if interested. International shipping is available. Convo me for charges. Customer is responsible for all duty and customs fees.

    **Please make sure the address that you have on your Etsy account is correct. That is the address your package will be sent to unless I have been told otherwise by the customer. I will not be held responsible for wrong Etsy addresses.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    *Colors vary from monitor to monitor, so it is impossible for me to guarantee the exact color you see on your screen although my prints are made with the most careful color reproduction possible. If available please view your digital proofs on a desktop computer monitor as laptop monitors are extremely inaccurate for color proofing.

    *****Before printing and assembly of your invitations begin you will be sent the “final proof” by email. At this time you will review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, type style, spelling, grammar and punctuation. I ask that you confirm via email your approval. Once you have approved the digital proof, Felice Design is not responsible for any future changes or mistakes.****
