Accepted payment methods

Orders (with the exception of custom orders) will be mailed within 1-3 business days once payment is received.
If payment is not received within 3 days after placing the order, the transaction will be cancelled.
All items with the exception of custom orders will ship within 1-3 days upon receipt of order and payment.
Custom Order items generally take between 5-10 business days to be made and then shipped. Please contact us for specific items.
Shipments will be sent via First Class service with delivery confirmation. Occasionally your items may ship via USPS priority mail for domestic shipments if the package costs less to ship this way.
If you wish to ship using any other carrier, please let us know before the completion of your order. Additional payments may be requested.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the package has been shipped. I strongly suggest to add insurance. If you wish to add insurance or upgrade to a faster service, please contact us, and we will calculate the new cost and request additional payment.
All International packages are declared as commercial items on the customs form. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional tax fees that may apply from your respective country.
Refunds and Exchanges
They cannot be returned, refunded, and/or exchanged.
In order to receive a full refund of the purchased item(s), item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the safe return of all packages. Please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be credited your full payment amount less the cost of shipping within 5 business days of the received returns.
A store credit or exchange can be issued for items postmarked up to 30 days after shipment.
In order to receive a store credit or exchange of the purchased item(s), item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the safe return of all packages. Please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. HOW & WHAT TO MEASURE WHEN PURCHASING A SKIRT:
Here's a little more information about measurements, which can be used for any of my skirts:
Your true waist is the thinnest part of your waist, which is usually about 1" above the belly button.
The true hip size is 7-9" down from your true waist. (Note: it does not include the biggest part of your butt)
When you actually wear a skirt or pants however, we wear them somewhere in between the true waist and true hip that is comfortable for us.
It is up to you if you like to wear it lower on the waist line or closer to the true waist.
You like one of the skirts listed on my site labeled as a size small with a 26" waistband. You generally wear size small, so you think this will fit. Then find 26" on your waistline. If you are okay to have the waistband of the skirt where 26" is on your waistline, then this is great!
