Announcement   I'm proud to say that I support animal rights and I buy the bulk of my wool from animal sanctuaries. They sell wool from the sheep they have saved. This raises money to help house unwanted livestock. The animals are never bred and live out their lives bouncing from barn to pasture. The recycled sari ribbon and yarn is a fair trade product. It supports woman cooperatives that ensure a fair wage to them, and absolutely no child labor....this fun, exotic product is from mill waste or from vintage and used sari material from India and Nepal... and instead of filling up landfills, it's been given a second go round...lucky for us ...

Welcome to my shop!
I will always try to do my best with pictures and descriptions...and welcome any questions by you.
I want to talk a little about my products...in particular, the recycled sari ribbon. It is a recycled product...and from countries whose standards are different than what we are use to.
I try to take pictures and write descriptions that are accurate.....the last thing I want is someone disappointed.
But I do stand by my store products....and will gladly discuss any problems, and refund if you are not happy, within 14 days of you receiving the order....if a package is lost...please let me know within 10 days of mailing, so the post office can locate it.

Please talk to me first before leaving a bad feedback....I really try to keep the communication open....I really believe that helps solve most all the misunderstandings.
Since I only list products that are in my shop ( unless it's a custom order ) I'm able to mail it out within 1-3 days.
If there is any delay, I will let you know in a convo. I know how exciting it is to get what you have ordered...and really, really try to accommodate you by getting it out.

I'm able to get most of them out in 1-3 days....but most of the time it is next day. The products are in my shop...unless it's a custom order.
I also always get a tracking number for you...it does add $1.05 on to each package...but it is already included in the shipping price that is quoted to you at the time of purchase.

I do ship to worldwide...It does come with a customs number, which I will give you....and it can be tracked with that....
Also, I will refund shipping charges if over $2.00.... I realize that buying multiple items does add up... and surpass the actual cost.
Please let me know within 14 days of shipping that you haven't received it. The post office needs to know as soon as possible to help us find it.
I ship USPS and they haven't lost anything yet ( fingers crossed )
If you need it sooner, or a different method we can work that out together through a convo.
The most important thing is to keep communication open between us...we both want the same thing...to get your order to you!

Refunds and Exchanges
I have no problem with refunds...please, let's keep communication open. I need to know if an item is lost within 14 days when I shipped it.
Also, the ribbons I sell are recycled...and I always give an accurate description...I really want you happy, and I want you to know what to expect....If you truly aren't happy I will refund your money for the item or items...after I receive receive them back.
Additional policies and FAQs
I will do wholesale....I need your wholesale number, with an ID and a $100.00 minimum. I can convo you the discount price.
I also do custom orders as well....we can work that out on a convo.
