I was hoping this felt was thicker. I can't use it for my project because it won't hold up over time like the higher percentage wool felt. It was shipped quickly though and the colors are nice.

Returns Policy - We must be notified in writing (etsy message), of any potential returns to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we must recieve back returned items in good condition within 14 days of date of order.

We have the right to refuse any requested returns after 7 days from date of reciept, and any returned items after 14 days from date of order.

All returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item which was ordered by you has been despatched, or the item has been severely damaged in transit. If you wish, we can arrange collection of the item from your chosen address, on a date at our discretion, for a charge, please enquire regarding this. Items which are returned for a refund within the 14 day limit, will be eligible for a refund of the full payment price for that item only.

Please note, for items returned for any reason other than wrong item sent or faulty/damaged through transit, any sign of mis-use, bad treatment etc while in your posession then we have the right to refuse the refund.

* For goods that are not faulty, a restocking charge equivalent to our postage costs will be charged.
