Welome to the Felt Forest.
We hand make all our creations with love and care one at the time.
They are all unique and may vary slightly in color and shape from the pictures you see on your computer. We love everything natural and pride ourselves on using the purest and most local materials available.

Returns and exchanges
Return Policy: I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first and I will work with you to resolve any issues. If we can't figure out a resolution, I will refund your full purchase price, (not including shipping fees), upon return of the item in its original condition, and within two weeks of your receipt.

Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. All refunds will be issued immediately.
Payment
Payment may be made by Paypal, check or money order. If by personal check I will ship as soon as the check clears. Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping
I ship USPS, first class, unless we make other arangements. I always get a delivery confirmation and will email you the tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped. This is only available for US orders, sorry.
