Feel The Love...

How I got started with Felt The love... is I received the IPod touch as a gift and ran to the Apple store (I was scared to death to get a scratch on my new sparkly little friend) took a look at a few of the cases, peeked at the prices... gasped and left. I couldn't even find one I liked let alone loved! I walked away sad and empty handed. When I got home I grabbed some felt played with a few ideas and voila! I fell in love with my little felt case. I loved it so much I had to share it. I'm so excited people love my fun as much as I do.

We are now selling 9X12 sheets of Merino Wool Blend Felt, It is a blend of 35% wool and 65% rayon to 20% wool and 80% rayon. 64 Colors to be exact and many more colors to come! We are so excited and beaming with delight to offer our customers this beautiful heirloom quality felt. It has been a huge success!

**These cases are not recommended for little children there are buttons that could become a choking hazard. Please be careful even though the buttons are glued and sewn securely.

Payment
The payments I accept at the moment is PayPal, Check and Money Orders.
Please make a payment within 3 days. If you do not pay within 3 days, and do not communicate to explain the reason for your late payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped out by first class mail and first class international mail (overseas). International packages sent by first class mail do not have tracking numbers or insurance. I cannot be held responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipping.

Items being sent to New York will be charged the sale tax of 8.625%

If you would like to upgrade to priority/express service and add insurance, please let me know in the "comments to seller" section when checking out. I will calculate the cost of expedited shipping and insurance, and if you agree to pay the extra cost, I will send a revised invoice through PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by convo or e-mail (JanessaMonty@aol.com) within 3 days of receipt of the item. If the item is returned in its original condition, the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for damages/loss caused during shipping. Items which have been used and not in their original condition cannot be returned either.
Additional policies and FAQs
*Custom Orders

I will take custom orders for sold out designs as long as the materials are still available.

I can only take custom orders for existing designs. Sometimes I am unable to make completely new designs for individual customers.

Payment is due at the time of order, and once payment is received, orders cannot be canceled.

*Size

I would like to make a special note about the sizes. I have had some customers comment that some designs were smaller than they had thought. I do my best to accurately portray the size of each item by providing dimensions and photographs that show my hand holding the item, or the item with an object (such as a cell phone or a quarter coin) - please take your time to read the item description and click on all photographs to make sure that it is the right size for you before ordering. Thank you!
