Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Since most items are custom made to order, returns or exchanges are NOT acceptable. But please contact us first with any problem you may have to find the best solution.

If you make your purchase and have not yet received the mobile, we will only give a refund if you contact us within 24 Hours from your purchase. After that time period even if we haven't started on your order we will NOT cancel it because we have a process to follow. Need to make a return or just not thrilled with your purchase? Please contact me. It may be sent back within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately return shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please contact me if you have any concerns about your order. I want you to be a happy customer!
I accept Paypal and Credit, Debit card only. California residents are charged a 9% sales tax. Until payment its made and e-checks are cleared we can start the work on your order.
United States orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
It takes 4-6 weeks to complete your order and 3-6 business days to ship after payment clears. I will notify you when the item shipped. All shipping includes delivery confirmation and online tracking. Please contact me for upgrades to Priority or Express service.
If you would like to rush your order to be ready within two weeks, please contact us first to make sure this service is available. There is a rush fee of $25.

International orders take 4-6 weeks processing and 2-6 weeks shipping to arrive from the shipping date. International tracking is not always available or reliable outside the USA. The buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees.

Your country mail service could charge customs fees to receiving mail from the US. (Attention, UK customers!! The Royal Mail randomly charges a customs fee to receiving mail from abroad. You could pay around £20 for it.)
If the parcel is returned due to the buyer's negligence, the seller will not be responsible for any additional or already paid shipping costs. The tracking number will be provided to the buyer's email when the product is shipped. If you have not received your item after 2 weeks of shipment, please check with your local post office for customs procedures.
Seller is NOT responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment. The seller is not responsible for calculating import fees. Buyer may use the tool found at the web site below to estimate import fees; however, be aware the fees may be higher since this calculator does not include fees charged by postal service or carriers for handling the duty or tax.

All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded. Attention Brazilian customers: Refunds are not granted for lost packages.

If you want to add insurance, please contact me before purchase. Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping price. If you would like to add insurance, it is an additional charge, please contact me immediately upon purchase if you would like to add it. Once I place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS. Refunds are not granted for lost packages.

Your package will be shipped to the address provided on the receipt of your order. Please double-check if its the correct address, I'm not responsible if you gave me the wrong address. If packages are returned to us for any reason you are responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

I want to order a custom mobile. Can you make it?
I love to make custom mobiles. Don't see what you need? We can always create anything you have in mind. There is no extra charge for the new mobile.

Can I choose special colors?
Need to have different colors to match your room or decor? You are more than welcome to contact me and send me pictures or link website with the colors so we can agree on the changes for each item. There is no extra charge for this service!

I'm new to Etsy -how do I order?

Can I use a credit card instead of PayPal?

Have you shipped my order yet?
Probably! Your invoice will be marked 'shipped' as soon as it's out the door. You can check this on Etsy by going to "Your Account" and "Purchases". Domestic orders may request a tracking number at any time.

I think my package is lost. What can I do?
International packages can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Felt N Joy cannot consider a package lost until 6 weeks have passed. In the event of a lost package, a refund cannot be given. Insurance can be added to all packages for an additional fee.
