I currently only accept payment through PayPal.
I ship everything within 1-3 business days. I will always try to get it out the next business day, but sometimes that may not be possible. Please note that business days do not include weekends.
All domestic orders are shipped First Class through USPS.
I ship all domestic orders with delivery confirmation. As such, if you have not received your item but it shows as delivered I ask that you talk to your postman, neighbors, and anyone else living in the house who may have gotten it. I will work with you to get you your item, but I do require a little help from you in such cases.
International shipping can take a month or more sometimes, so please be patient.
Please note that I am not responsible for international customs fees. Certain countries impose these fees when you pick up your package. I can't know what it will cost you but I suggest looking into it before you buy if it concerns you. I can not pay them for you and I can not mark the customs form as "gift" to prevent you from having to pay them as doing so is illegal.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you're not happy with the product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it. I will issue a refund as soon as I receive it, minus shipping costs. It must be in original condition - no damage. I suggest buying tracking if you choose to return it - it protects both of us. If an item is damaged I will require photographic proof before refunding. If you would prefer to have the item fixed I will refund shipping costs so you can send it back to me.
PLEASE NOTE - Monitor color varies, so colors may look different on your computer. I am not responsible for color variations, it is not considered damage and as such I cannot refund unless it is returned to me in original condition.
