For a special order it usually takes between 3-10 business days to send the jewel.
Shipping to CANADA - 3-5 business days
Shipping to USA - 6-12 business days
*I always ship to the Paypal address unless otherwise requested by you (in a convo or "message to seller" box).
Shipping does not come with tracking number under 100$ purchase.
Convo me before purchase if you need a tracking number or a faster shipping service.
* Within Canada: 1 to 12 business days depending on the shipping service.
**US shipping arrival: usually 6 to 12 business days but this is not guaranteed.
***International shipping arrival: usually 4 to 6 weeks to arrive to you. Depending on your country it could take up to 1 month.
PACKAGING: All items come in a kraft gift box. All orders are then shipped in a safe-to-travel bubble envelope.
*Please note that to reduce waste, multiple items may be wrapped together. If you would like one box per item, please leave a note in the "message to seller" box at checkout or convo me.
**Items come from a smoke-free but dog-loving environment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any custom or duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your customs office if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
PLEASE NOTE: After your package is shipped, I can't be responsible if it doesn't get to you in time for a special birthday or holiday.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your order so if for any reason you are not satisfied, convo me within 10 business days of receipt so we can find a way to fix it.
Refunds, exchanges or repairs are all available options:
REFUNDS: Item must be in the same condition as shipped and the buyer must warn me within 10 business days of receipt.
EXCHANGES: Item must be in the same condition as shipped and the buyer must warn me within 10 business days of receipt. There will be no exchanges on fashion earrings, due to the intimate nature of the item.
REPAIRS: The buyer must warn me within 10 business days of receipt.
We'll work out together what works best for both of us.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me. Also, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please, do convo me with your comments or concerns before leaving a negative feedback.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Fashion jewelry is recommended for light to medium duty wear and Fine jewelry is recommended for everyday wear. You should always remove the jewelry when bathing, swimming and sleeping. Please don't store your jewelry in the bathroom, the humidity is not good for any jewelry. Mild soap and water is all that is needed to keep it clean and shiny. Make sure to dry it through. For Sterling products, if there is no stone or pearl, you can also use a silver cleaning solution to remove traces of oxidization. Finally, you can always use a dry polishing cloth, just like the one I include with every Sterling jewelry orders. Enjoy!
