We encourage unlimited use of our images for personal projects and crafting that have no intent for resale purposes.
Commercial Usage
Clip art images may be used for on retail items such as apparel, craft items, accessories, etc. Production is limited to 100 total items. Retail products sold on an internet website/store must include credit for the imagery such as a link or a sidenote in the product description (i.e. image courtesy of Fenderskirts Vintage).
Licensing
If production exceeds more than 100 items, a license is required. We offer flat rate licenses based on quantity produced and number of images used from our library. Please Contact Us for licensing information. Include your company name/website, specifics of your project, how many images you are interested in using and quantity of items that will be produced. *Please note that not all images are available for licensing.
Some examples of projects that require a license:
-Book publishing
-Packaging Design
-Retail items over 100 in quantity
Graphic Design/Advertising
Clip art images may be used for promotional materials such as advertisements, website design, brochures, newsletter, flyers, etc. No credit resource is required for use in these types of media.
Restrictions
-Images may not be used in any design that is to be trademarked.
-Images may not be used in another clip art resource without permission( be it website, CD, digital collage sheets or other media) nor may they be used to be distributed with another collection.
-Images may not be used in any pornographic or lewd materials.
-Images may not be used for products sold on the Cafe Press, Zazzle or similar websites (unless a previous license has been purchased).
