great item; like some have added, the horns rest a bit higher on the head than I would like. None the less, they were the perfect addition to my Lucy cosplay!
The History of Feral Works
I started Feral Works in 2007 after leaving teaching at the local University. Cosplay had become a growing interest of mine and I decided to branch out and make costumes for others. After having my son in 2011, I shifted the focus of my shop to sculpture and masks (with an interest in cosplay) and I've been sculpting happily away ever since.
I have my BFA in Art from UW-Madison and my MA and MFA from UW-Milwaukee. I'm a jack-of-all-trades and do pretty much everything for the shop. My faves are sculpting and painting :)

Typically I ship out on the Tuesday or Friday after an in-stock (non-custom) order is received. If the order is custom, I will work out a schedule with the customer based on an order by order basis. Occasionally shipments are delayed due to inclement weather, car problems, etc. I will do my best to keep you (the customer) informed if there will be a delay in your shipment.
Packages are sent out via USPS first class mail.
Delivery Confirmation is included where applicable.
International orders are shipped out via USPS first class airmail. At this time there is no way to track international orders. Though the post office claims international orders take only 14 business days, orders are often held up in customs (especially Canada and Italy). There is absolutely no guarantee for arrival times on international orders. Buyer assumes this risk. If you would like to arrange for insurance or expedited shipping, please contact me.
International buyers are responsible for any additional customs and import fees that may be applied to their purchase. Because I operate as a business and want to meet all of the US's legal policies, I label my international orders as "merchandise". Contact your local post office if you have questions about additional fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't take returns, but I will exchange items if they don't fit, buyer assumes return shipping costs.

Additional policies and FAQs
I enclose a receipt with every order. If you would prefer me to not include a receipt, please notify me as soon as possible. Gift wrapping is free of charge (though I cannot be responsible for international customs unwrapping gifts to inspect the contents).
Smoke and Pet Hair
I make all my items in a smoke-free environment, and I do not smoke (so no residual smell)
My studio is a dog-free zone, but I do have two dogs. I try my best to make sure every item is hair-free, and use a lint roller on everything before I ship out.
Any quotes given are only valid for up to a week after given. Material costs are very variable, as is my schedule. Please contact me again if a week has passed to find out the viability of the original quote.
Feral Works reserves the right to turn down any potential orders.
Please understand that I am not a big faceless company. I am one woman doing everything for this shop. While I try my best to have everything run smoothly, there are occasional hiccups due to illness, computer malfunction, car trouble and raptor attacks. I ask that you be understanding, and please contact me if you feel that you have not received adequate service.
