Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
NO REFUNDS or Exchanges.
Notice must be given to Feralartist within 3 days of receipt if you have any problems or concerns with merchandise. Exhanges will not be made if you find lower prices elsewhere or something you like better.
Note: Certain items are not returnable for health reasons, e.g. earrings and certain clothing.

Returning Shipping:
Within 7 days, items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition.
All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Customers pay for shipping the item back to Feralartist. If it is my fault, I will pay the return shipping.

Damages:
Please take pictures of any damage, and contact me within 1 day. I will help you file your claim with the PO if needed.

Missing:
Missing a package, please allow 14 days for delivery. I will then file a "missing package" complaint with the PO. Please ask your mailman, neighbors and look around your mailbox area to see if you can locate the package.

Any problems?
I really put my heart and soul in my Feralartist items, and want you to be sure you love it as well. I am a single parent and my Feralartist Store is our livelihood. Your ideas and positive feedback are always welcome!

Payment
Your Feralartist Items will be shipped as soon as I can after receiving your payment within 1-3 days. Custom orders will take a little longer, as specified on the item's page. Please contact me if you want a custom design and I will make you a special listing.
Shipping
TO US: I ship out by either USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on your choice at payment. If your item requires a different shipping method, I will let you know. If you want insurance, please let me know. Otherwise it shipped at your risk.

Please give an item 14 days to arrive before filing a complaint with the PO. If you contact me, I will also try to trace it from my end and file a missing mail complaint. Please look high and low and ask your roommates, neighbors and of course your mailman. Sometimes it can be hiding in plain sight.

INTERNATIONAL: International Priority Mail is now available. Please contact me so I can find out shipping costs for you.

1. Information I Collect

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
*Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
*Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
