Welcome to Fern Grove Studio - Eclectic Handmade Beaded Jewelry

I have finally discovered that the best way to deal with a serious earring addiction is to design and create my own! In the process, I discovered that other people loved my creations too and so I went into business!!! I have an amazing collection of interesting earrings that have provided me with so much inspiration over the years. Much of what appeals to me comes from far away places and other cultures and there seems to be no end to the beauty found in stones, pearls, crystals and metal beads so they are a constant in my studio. The direction I am heading is toward using more unusual beads and semi-precious stones and gems with fine wire and metal work so there is much to learn about this! I have a studio in Petaluma, California but my favorite place to be is up in the Santa Cruz Mountains where we have a little home in the Redwoods near the river...and where there are Redwoods, there are ferns...I just simply love the ferns!!! There must be a dozen different kinds just outside in the garden. I sell my designs at Festivals and Holiday Events and post locations on my website, Facebook and Instagram.
