I bought this as a gift for a fellow attendee to this event, she was delighted. Very nice artwork from a very nice artist. I highly recommend him.

Getting an order ready to ship. Including some freebies not yet available online.
Very seriously contemplating an 11x17 color print version of this for Etsy. I want to do a test print first.
Work in progress for vanilla friends online, but I will make this available as a birthday card. I can also take a piece like this and put it on a paddle.

Drawing Kinky, Happy People since 1992

My name is Jay and I'm a simple artist with a background in graphic design and illustration. I entered the leather scene in San Francisco when I turned 21, and really felt I had found my calling with Fetish art.

The shop in Los Angeles is just a drawing table in the bedroom, a small grey cat, and a couple of old computers, but the real studio has been fetish club nights, BDSM play parties, and socials & munches across Los Angeles and San Francisco.

It's not uncommon to see me at Threshold, Lair De Sade, and Sanctuary LAX, along with socials in The Valley.

This all started with Femdom drawings. I identified more with the Femdom side and there was already a glut of artwork featuring women in bondage. The original philosophy behind the fetish art was to draw head to toe, as opposed to "cutting up" a woman by just featuring the torso, head, legs, or other body parts in a close up. I've relaxed this feminist principle, but still do a lot of fetish art with full body of the kinky people I portray.

While many of the pen and ink pieces are simple, The full body philosophy allowed me to add details into the background such as sex toys, bondage furniture and other items which made viewers stop and say "hey, look at that!"

My weapon of choice for two decades was the Rapidograph on acid-free bristol. Recently, I had to take a driving job on the side with blue uniforms, and Rapidographs are notorious for leaking and leaving black spots on clothing. So I switched to Micron pens with archival ink, and since this is no longer the age of photocopied zines, I've also been doing more pieces in color.

You'll occasionally find great deals here on "index stock," this is a very heavy card stock used by some photocopy shops. It is not acid free, but it is very inexpensive. It's been a great alternative to sketch papers, and I've used it mostly for artwork that would be reproduced or scanned into the computer for color work anyway. Index also comes in 8.5"x11," a far more common size we're used to than 9"x12" or 11"x14" art papers.

Some of these pieces are heavily censored in respect for Etsy's terms of service. When this is the case, I'll provide links to my art site, Fetish-artist.com to for a more detailed view.

International sales are welcome, especially to Japan and the EU. It's just difficult for me to quickly figure shipping. Please feel free to contact me so we can set an international price.

Thank you so much for dropping by!
