Many years ago, when I was in college completing an instructor's assignment, I decided to experiment with wool. It became one of the final projects in the Art of Fashion Competition. It was not very long until my newfound love for this gift of nature (and sheep), and over the course of the years, I realized how much it is a part of my life.

From there I continuously chose natural, beautiful fibers as my art medium. Wool, silk, bamboo rowing, once in my hands, turned to colorful and wearable items, each of which first materialized as a thought in my dreams at some point before its birth. I work on every individual design, giving all of my knowledge, effort and love to this art; a part of my soul goes into every item. I really love nature, and from there I collect my ideas and form these dreams. I hand-dye high-quality wool in small portions and create various tones and hues. I hand felt the body of the garment, using a multitude of techniques that I have mastered, as well as ones I invent myself. I pay great attention to the details and finishing of my garments. Everything here is made by hand from scratch, with a spiritual dedication and happiness.

A big thank you to all of my dear clients, for finding me here on Etsy, and for your heartfelt feedback!

Hello, and welcome to my shop! Everything you see is fully handmade and unique, and all of the items are made exclusively by me. Because this is a one-person effort, orders may take an average of 3 days to 2 weeks to complete. For custom-made garments, please allow at least 2 weeks for completion.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
Feuer Und Wasser accepts payments with credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and through Paypal.
If you prefer PayPal for safety, you don't need a Paypal account to pay this way, just click the Paypal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.
We will only mail your item after a complete payment has been made. This also means that made-to-order and custom items are started after payments, not prior to them.
Shipping
We ship all orders through USPS mail— First class and Priority. The shipping cost and delivery time fully depends on the service and your location. If you prefer to use a different shipping service, please let me know and I will determine all costs. Please note that as soon as an item goes into shipping, I am not liable in any way if it is lost by the postal/parcel service; I always purchase a signature confirmation number that I send to you for tracking the package's shipping progress. This number also acts as an additional receipt of confirmation that I have sent you the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Buying online is tricky when it comes to sizes. Therefore, if for some reason your item doesn't fit or you really aren't happy with it, please contact me within three business days. The item must also be returned within the same three days, no later, in its original condition and packaging, unused. The return shipping cost comes out of your pocket , and once I receive the item, I will issue the refund minus the cost of shipping and Etsy fees.

Because Paypal payments take 2-6 business days to come into my account, please be patient as the refund money will take about the same time to go back into Paypal before I can transfer it to you. So in the case that I have insufficient funds on my Paypal at that point, please consider the 2-6 days the reverse transfer takes from my checking account into Paypal.

One exception to the rule applies to custom ordered items: I do not issue any refunds for custom orders and made to order garments! Things made by your order, for your size and in your preferred colors cannot be returned and refunded. I'm responsible for the quality and accuracy , and you are responsible for your choice and measurements provided to me.
Additional policies and FAQs
I make custom items. If you are interested, feel free to discuss it with me in a convo. I am not online every day, so if you have made this request or have a question, I will most likely read it through in the next couple of days and respond. Please provide a very detailed description of what you would like made (for example, the preferred material, color, size, etc.). It is very important that these descriptions are accurate! Special orders are priced accordingly.

Thank you!
