About

I'm Finn (he/they), an illustrator and printmaker working from my home studio in the Boston area. I love making colorful & whimsical art inspired by queer themes, nature, disability, and the struggle for a better world. I'm a bi trans guy living with multiple chronic illnesses and a drive to bring as much beauty to the world as I can. I spend most of my time at home with my partner and our cat.

Frequently asked questions
I have allergies. What should I know about your home and your products?

All products are made in my smoke-free, (almost) fragrance-free home with one cat. To manage my own allergies, I keep my environment clean & carpet-free, and I do not use harsh cleaning chemicals. Please be aware that I live in an older home in a climate that is prone to mold.

Do you make custom patches?

Sorry, no. Designing and carving takes hours, and printing is a batch process that takes another few hours. The process isn't compatible with individual commissions.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! I take occasional personal and commercial commission work. My favorite personal commission types are pet portraits, house and garden "portraits," and stylized human portraits based on photo reference. For a higher fee, I can create fully custom scenes. I'm working on an updated commission portfolio. In the meantime, please send me a message for more info!

Would you participate in our gallery show or craft fair?

I'd love to participate in art community events! However, my disabilities limit what kind of events I can access.

For my own health and out of solidarity with higher risk friends, I only participate in events hosted by organizations with a strong commitment to COVID justice. I've had to turn down a few opportunities recently due to lack of mask mandates. It breaks my heart to lose out on even more opportunities, but it wouldn't be fair to me or true to my values otherwise.
