FieldHands' Shop Policies
Welcome to my store. All of my items are made one by one and finished as if they would be for my own use. I started this store because working with my hands and being in nature is what I love. I gave the last 21 years of my life to a job satisfying someone else. I quit FOR ME and became a Stay-At-Home Dad. I realized what is important to me: Family and taking pride in my own work. I bust my butt to do the best I can, and I hope that quality is reflected in my goods.

You can use your credit or debit card with PayPal-you do not need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal-PayPal can process your credit card without having an account with them. All orders are made in the order payment is received. Payment is due immediately at the time or placing your order. i will cancel the transaction after 48 hours if payment has not been received.
Checkout is easy! Follow these steps:
I use USPS First Class Shipping (USPS delivers in 2-7 days, and up to 21 days or more for order going outside the USA).
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS-Please be patient, as packages mailed First Class can take 2-3 weeks-sometimes longer, as they can get caught up in customs. A package is not considered lost until it has been at least 6 weeks from date of shipment. Due to bad weather this winter all over the world, many countries are experiencing LONG delivery delays. Please be patient. Again, an International order is NOT considered lost until it has been about 6 weeks form the date of shipment.
For customers outside the US:
You need to be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency. I am not responsible for any of these extra charges imposed by your country.
***IMPORTANT! I cannot mark any International packages as a "gift" on the customs form. Asking any Shipper (Business or Personal) to write "Gift" on a Customs Form, when your country's rules say it is not a Gift, is a violation of the law.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you happen to receive a broken item, contact me and I'll do my best to find a match and send out the replacement. Contact me and it should be a weeks turnaround to get the new item built.
