Mi nombre es Laura, y he estado dibujando y pintando animales desde la infancia. Mi fascinación por el mundo natural me llevó a un grado en biología molecular y celular. Sin embargo, pronto me di cuenta de que mi verdadera pasión es la pintura, y me mudé a Chicago para estudiar pintura al óleo clásica en Atelier Eftimov. Después de cuatro años de estudio, me puse en marcha para viajar por el mundo y pintar, una búsqueda con la que tengo la intención de pasar toda la vida. Con el tiempo, me he dado cuenta de que mis cosas favoritas para pintar siguen siendo animales, aunque pueden surgir en composiciones más surrealistas en estos días :)
Actualmente vivo en Chicago con mi esposo, y he comenzado una práctica de estudio en casa para explorar el mundo natural a través del estudio y la ilustración creativa. My name is Laura, and I have been drawing and painting animals since childhood. My fascination with the natural world led me to a degree in molecular and cellular biology. However, I soon realized that my true passion is painting, and moved to Chicago to study classical oil painting at Atelier Eftimov. After four years of study, I set off to travel the world and paint, a pursuit I intend to spend a lifetime with. Over time, I have realized that my favorite things to paint are still animals, though they may emerge in more surreal compositions these days :)
I currently live in Chicago with my husband, and have begun a home studio practice to explore the natural world through study and creative illustration. I love to work personally with clients to create the perfect piece that is unique to them. It is my hope that you find a meaningful item for yourself or a loved one in this shop.
