Returns and exchanges
*We accept returns on non-customized, non-made-to-order items within 14 days of receiving the item.

*Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.

*Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We currently accept Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
General Shipping Information:

*Most non-custom orders ship within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).

*Made to order items (such as many of our paper products, or customizable listings) will ship within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from the time your order is received.

*We ship VIA USPS. We use first class mail, priority mail, or parcel post to ship packages.

Domestic Shipping Information:

*Packages shipped via first class mail take between 2-5 business days to arrive after being shipped, packages shipped via priority mail take between 2-3 business days to arrive after being shipped, and packages shipped via parcel post take between 5-14 business days to arrive after being shipped. However, sometimes USPS may take a little longer especially during busy mailing seasons of the year.

*All packages have delivery confirmation. Shipping Confirmation: You will receive your delivery confirmation number once your item ships. To track your packages please go to, or simply copy and paste the number into

International Shipping Information:

*Taxes for international shipments are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are legally obliged to mark the accurate purchase price on international packages shipped by us and we cannot mark them as gifts.

*International Packages ship VIA USPS International First Class, USPS International Priority, or USPS International Express.

*International packages take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. Refunds on international packages cannot be given until the 6 week mark has passed. Replacement packages cannot be mailed until the 6 week mark has passed. This is due to the widely varying time that international delivery takes. If you require an item by a certain date please email us prior to purchasing.

*Delivery confirmation can be provided for all International packages. Please realize this is delivery confirmation and not tracking information. USPS very seldom provides tracking information for a package once it leaves the USA.

Rush Delivery:

*If you need your delivery rushed and if your item is a custom item please email us to see if your item can be produced and shipped within your timeframe.

Lost and/or Misdirected Packages

*Sometimes packages get lost, it is unfortunate but that is the nature of a mail order business. If you think your package has been lost and/or misdirected please email us as soon as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for lost and/or misdirected mail due to incorrect addresses provided with orders.

Damaged Packages

*All of our packages are carefully packaged and boxed to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, sometimes that isn’t enough to prevent an item from becoming damaged. If you receive a damaged item please email us as soon as possible.

Sorry, we are unable to print on the back at the current time due to alignment issues.

You add them in the "notes to seller" section of checkout. You can also send a convo with your personalization information if that's easier.
