Shipping
I ship from London to the UK and internationally.

All items are sent using UK Standard delivery or International Airmail. If you would like a recorded service does cost more and I'm happy to arrange this on request (additional charges will be applied)

All items are packaged in tissue wrap and also protected in bubble wrap. Gift wrapping also available upon request. Please convo me with requests when making your purchase.

Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt of payment for your purchase to be shipped. Then please allow another 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on the location. If you would like to receive your items ASAP then please convo me with the details. Every attempt will be made to get the parcel to you on time. Express delivery may be necessary, which is also available for an extra fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately, I can not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Refunds will be issued for items that have suffered damage in the post or been lost in the post. Please be aware that Royal Mail will require the original packaging and photographic evidence of all damage to process the claim, so please keep it to hand. If the original packaging and the item is no longer available, i.e. it has been thrown away, they may not accept the claim and therefore I may not be able to refund you. For lost items it will also be necessary to wait until the required amount of time has passed to refund the item, i.e. when it is officially deemed lost. Please convo me with any questions problems.
