I have been sewing for most of my life, and trust me in most cases that has been longer than the ages of my customer. I take great pride in producing the very best in that I am able to from the supplies that I use to the finished product that you receive. I try to create one of a kind designs, but if you seen something that you just can't live without contact me and I will see if I just might be able to re-create it for you. I pay great attention to detail and will never send out anything that I wouldn't have in my own wardrobe or home. Because all of my items are handmade, each are unique, and fabric placement may vary. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can make it right!
I go beyond just your normal crank out sewing and I design creations that will last a lifetime, or at least til you tire of them, so give FigTree a twirl and you will find fantastic treasures for yourself and as gifts.
Payments are paypal and money order only. Paypal payments are expected within 24 hours of sale. If using a money order please contact with the mailing info and payment is expected within 4 days of sale.
ATTENTION- - Due to the cost of postage going up and up I will no longer be doing any FREE shipping as of Jan. 1, 2012
All packages are mailed out USPS first class within 72 hrs unless requested other wise. Insurance is available upon customer request and at an added charge.
At this time shipping within the United States is FREE till the end of this year
- INTERNATIONAL SALES AND CUSTOMS -
I do ship international and International orders must be paid thru PayPal only. Any overcharges on shipping over $1 (USD) will be refunded through paypal.
The buyer is responsible for any extra taxes that customs might claim, and as I can't be respondsible for any lose you may want to purchase Insurance
Refunds and Exchanges
Once the package leaves my hands at the Post Office, I cannot be responsible for any loss or damages. However, if there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, or I've grossly misrepresented the item I've sold you, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve the issue in the appropriate manner.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Yes I can and love to do custom orders. Just ask! Please don't ask me to copy another designer's work, that is just not cool with me and I am sure not cool with the other designer. You can and I welcome ideas, but no copying.
