It's a new era. femme folx are bravely speaking up about experiences with sexual assault. We can heal, connect with each other, and learn from past trauma, but it's our mission to ALSO train womyn how to react in the NOW.

With simple, effective and efficient self defense techniques, we can redefine what it means to fight like a girl. Together, we can inspire others to culturally reconstruct our society, from one that promotes condescending, degrading and abusive behavior towards women, into one that builds solidarity for female identifying people. We've taught our daughters for generations not to hit, now it's time to train them to fight back.

We strive to empower people with the ability to protect their physical and emotional wellbeing through female-driven self-defense education. Our goal is to obtain adequate sponsorship to hold bi-monthly workshops, at no cost to attendees, in alternating regional cities. This is a non discriminatory safe space where all ages and genders are welcome. Intentionally welcoming marginalized people, women of color, female identifying people and members of the LGBTQIA community.

All purchases support our goal to offer more free self defense workshops to teach more grrrls to walk without fear.
