*Canceling an order before it ships:
Full refund.

*Item that arrived is not the same item ordered (prints only):
Refund minus shipping and handling fees with the return of the erroneous print. The correct item will be mailed without further cost once the first is returned. A replacement cannot be issued without the erroneous print returned in good condition. Sorry, any jewelry items or other one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be replaced, but can either be refunded or substituted for equal value if there is an error in our listing ONLY.

*If the item arrives in good condition, but does not meet your approval due to slight color or size differences:
Sorry, not eligible for a refund. Each item is described in detail and, due to variations in computer monitors, prints or photographs may not precisely reflect the colors displayed. It is assured that every print is tested and color adjusted to match the artist's original color scheme, which may or may not match every monitor output. Also, every print is produced with a border and is sized to best fit the medium it is printed upon. Measurements reflect the overall size, not the actual printed area.

*Item arrived damaged in mail:
Sorry, not eligible for refund. Each item is mailed in a secure and reinforced envelope to ensure its safety. Unforeseen damages incurred while shipping are simply at the buyer's risk.

A replacement print can be mailed at discounted cost with additional shipping and handling if seller is contacted within 1-3 days of the item's arrival.

*All other refunds and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee of a refund or exchange, but only as warranted by the seller's discretion. It is our utmost goal to keep buyers happy and we will do everything we can to ensure satisfaction.

Payment Options-

PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards Are Accepted! Payment is expected within 1-3 days of the order being placed. The order will not ship until payment has been received.

Cancellations-

Cancellation of an order prior to shipping will warrant a full refund. For cancellations after the item has shipped, please see Refunds and Exchanges.

Unless otherwise specified prior to shipping, the item will be mailed to the shipping address provided. If you are paying through PayPal, please be sure that your Shipping Address is updated on the site.

All items will be mailed through USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. and USPS First Class mail to all other countries. While unlikely, any customs fees incurred that are not covered by standard shipping costs will become the buyer's responsibility. Any additional services, such as 2-3 day delivery, overnight service, insurance, or signature at delivery may be requested with additional fee.

All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment. If there should be a delay in shipping, you will be notified immediately and be eligible for a full refund, if necessary.

While the prints offered represent only a small portion of the works available, more can currently be found at society6.com/FindChaos. Nearly any work posted is available for print by request. We can also print higher-quality Giclee and Spot-Gloss work, Canvas Work, etc. upon request.
