Find Rewind Vintage was started by two fashion enthusiasts so that we can share our love for vintage with other people. We offer one-of-a-kind vintage apparel, shoes, and accessories. We update the shop with great finds constantly and during our travels, we are always looking for the next great item to add to the store. Keep checking back! You are bound to find something you love!

Please read the listings carefully. All measurements will be provided. The only way to know if your garment will fit is to check the measurements. As always, if you have any questions about the measurements, we are more than happy to answer!

Payment
PayPal is the only method of payment that we accept. It isn't necessary to have a PayPal account as you may pay with a Credit or Debit Card through PayPal.

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you have any problems, please contact us. We would rather be notified so we do not have to leave negative feedback for non-payers.

Shipping
We ship USPS for both domestic and international orders.

Shipping insurance is available. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in mail. If you have questions about shipping insurance, please contact us.

Items occasionally get lost in transit. We will not issue a refund for lost or damaged items. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, please convo us BEFORE you check out to arrange insurance or tracking at an additional cost. Once the package is in the hands of the delivery service we are no longer responsible for it's safe arrival at your doorstep, including theft after delivery. Please make sure (especially on large items which may be conceived as valuable by potential thieves) that your shipping address is/has a safe place to leave packages.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: please note that a customs declaration is required on ALL parcels sent out of the US. All shipments are sent out with a declaration of the ACTUAL SALE PRICE of the item, and an invoice on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes or duties associated with importing to your country. Before you buy, please be aware of any additional costs you might incur, as well as import restrictions for your country. We DO NOT deceptively mark items as gifts so please don't ask us to do so as it is uncomfortable for all parties involved. Your international package will arrive swiftly and safely when items are declared properly.
Refunds and Exchanges
As vintage items, our merchandise is pre-owned (used) and will generally show normal wear and age. We examine our items carefully and any significant imperfections will be listed. We offer returns only in the case of gross misrepresentation of an item. If you feel we have misrepresented an item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. In such a case, we will do what it takes to make it right for the buyer.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds on returned items do not include postage costs. If you are concerned about damage or loss in shipping, ask about adding insurance BEFORE you pay. Your shipping address should be secure to protect against theft.

Please contact us within 72 hours if an item arrives damaged (beyond any flaws listed in the listing).
Additional policies and FAQs
Reservations - We will hold an item for you for a maximum of 7 days. A reservation is a commitment to buy. Please do not place an item on reserve if you do not intend to purchase it.

Garment color - Please note that the colors of our clothing may show up differently on different computer monitors. We do our best to describe the true color. If you have questions or doubts, try looking at the pictures on a few different screens for comparison.

Garment care - We do our best to provide all materials and care instructions when available. However, some items do not have tags. If garment does no provide care instructions, we recommend dry cleaning for best results.

We are a smoke free home however vintage items have been used and loved in the past. We describe all flaws to the best of my ability. All items should be carefully cleaned (according to label directions) either washed or dry-cleaned prior to use.

Measuring for fit - Bust, Waist and hip measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and then doubled, and should be considered maximum sizes and are approximate not exact. Please compare these measurements to clothing that fits you well rather than body measurements.
