What started as a courthouse romance ended in a wedding and morphed into an Etsy store.

Traveling around the northeast Texas area and beyond, we bring you the best in vintage we can find. Often we'll offer you vintage items that reflect our home state in some way, although we do not exclusively shop for Texana. We Inherited this passion from our mothers and aunts, and you'll see some treasures mom has found in the east Texas area here as well. You are cordially invited to come visit us often to see what's new. We love many styles and periods, so look around!

We do our best to describe items completely and photograph any blemishes we see upon careful inspection. We ask that you look at all of the pictures and read specific info about our items to inform your buying decision. If you have a question or complaint, please let us know. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We accept returns on most items from the original buyer within 14 days of receipt. Return your purchase in the same condition received and in the original packaging, and the purchase price of the item will be refunded promptly to the original buyer when we receive the item back. The shipping expenses incurred are the buyer's responsibility, including our actual cost to ship it to you as part of our shop-subsidized shipping pricing. We will not deduct fees from your refund amount for any expenses we incurred for packing materials or handling.

We will not accept returns on holiday themed items after December 15, 2020.

Despite our best efforts, if an item reaches you broken in transit, send us pics of the broken item, including its packaging. We may require you to complete a form affidavit for insurance purposes as well. Please be sure to save the broken item and its packing materials, including the shipping carton, until you receive your refund. If possible, we will replace it, and if not, we will refund your payment. We handle these rare misfortunes quickly.

If you have some other complaint, please let us know. Sometimes unforeseen things happen. Our goal is a transaction where everyone is happy.
Payment
PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If Etsy accepts it, so do we. We do not accept payment outside of Etsy such as personal, business, or cashier's checks.
Shipping
Our foremost goal is to get your order to you in an undamaged state. We pack very carefully, double boxing when believe your item needs it. With most of our treasures, we have only one, so if it gets broken in transit, there's no sending another. We have learned the hard way what disappointment results, for you and for us.

Currently, we ship via USPS, including Priority and First Class (for weights under a pound), UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. If you want overnight delivery, contact us. We will use either UPS or FedEx, or your FedEx number and service if you so choose. We do not guarantee performance of shipping carriers, but we promise to ship same day or next day.
Additional policies and FAQs
We sometimes use recycled packing and shipping materials. It helps keep costs down and preserves resources. Once we exhaust our current supply -- we're almost there -- we will be using biodegradable packing peanuts.
