I have been an artist for many years and have worked on a variety of work throughout different times and seasons of my life. I continue exploring many different themes and mediums as an artist, but I wanted a shop specifically for items that are fun and gift-able for special occasions!
After having two kids, I found that having time and space for art was a little more of a challenge than what it used to be. However, when your passion is to create, you find a way to do it! I started painting on smaller items because they were easier to work on while watching the kids, as well as quicker so I could get the satisfaction of creating a painting in a shorter amount of time. I began to love this process and find that I am producing so much more art that I want to share with others. Also, because I have so many ideas, the smaller items help me get my thoughts out daily!
My Colorful Creations shop is filled with smaller paintings, some on canvas, some on wood, and other things that I happen to find!
