I accept payment by PayPal and credit card.
I only ship products after I have received payment. If you have any questions about the checkout process or change your mind after placing an order, please contact me so that I can assist your order.
If payment has not been received within 10 days of placing an order, with no eamil correspondence, I will cancel the order.
I will ship your order to the address listed on your ETSY Receipt, not your PayPal address. Please make sure you enter the correct address.
Products are typically shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I am not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I customarily replace small orders free of charge. I will consider a package lost if it has not arrived three weeks after the shipping date. I ship replacements only after the full three weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

I am happy to do custom orders. Please email me to discuss your request. I can accommodate the following requests:
- Your our own photo, logo, or art printed on an iPhone case.
- You have an idea for an iPhone case that you would like me to design.
- You have another product idea that you would like me to consider.
