In this shop, we sell solid gold jewelry so when you order a necklace of our collection all of it (chain, links, components, etc.) will be of solid gold, not plated or gold filled.
Also, in our diamond collection, all the diamonds are natural- earth mined and with premium setting techniques under a microscope.

We have made a great effort to provide high-resolution images from every angle of each item we have in our collection. We do not alter the images in order to mislead our customers and generally, our products are much prettier in person. In most of our orders, we ship them at their scheduled time, but we cannot affect the malfunction of a local post office. Although, delays might occur during holiday periods or hard weather conditions.
If you want your order for a specific date, let us know that and we will inform you if it is possible. We will do our best to ship it asap.
We guarantee worldwide delivery so we are responsible for the shipping and we will deliver your order in brand new condition. If you have any problem tracking your order, contact us and we will check it on our side and find where it is. However, we are not responsible for mistakes in the address (so carefully check your address) or customs duties that might occur.
We are proud of our customers’ service and we stand behind our products. We offer a general one-year warranty for all our products and we will be here for any problem that might occur in the future. The warranty is voided if the items have been subjected to physical injury.
