I knit and crochet since I can remember. All my items are unique and one of the kind.
PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product!
Color may vary depending on your screen setting.
We accept PayPal only and payments must be made within 3 days of purchasing an item.
Items will be sent out within 3 business days, after payment is received.
All our items are insured and posted via registered delivery.
International shipping - Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days and full refund will be given within seven (7) business days after receiving your item.
The item must be returned in condition it was sent to you, please return the goods in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories as all goods will be inspected on return.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, by returning the items by registered post or by such other means which gives proof of date of postage and delivery.
We recommend that you return the Goods by means which allow you to track their return and which insures you for the value of the goods. We do not accept liability for goods which are damaged or lost during the shipment to us.
Please also note that we will not process your refund until we receive the goods.

Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. Shipment of returned goods is paid to the buyer.
We suggest delivery confirmation as we will not honor returns that fail to arrive.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT!
Here at FinesseLace Boutique, we have listened to our customers and we do accept returns for store credit.
USING STORE CREDIT
Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date. Store credit may be used only for purchasing merchandise and does not count toward shipping costs.
If you would like to use store credit, please contact us to assist you.
To redeem your store credit, when checking out, enter the store credit code. You will see the new adjusted price once the code is applied.
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
1.Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items marked final sale/no returns.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE IS CURRENTLY NOT POSSIBLE
There is a 10% restocking fee per item for all returns and/or exchanges.
