Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payment
I accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, and Etsy Gift Cards.
Shipping
My items will be shipped via Royal Mail within 5 days of receiving payment, though I usually post items the same day or the day after purchase wherever possible. I will retain proof of postage. If you are ordering from outside the UK and Ireland, please allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks for delivery to allow for customs; an item will not be considered "missing" until after 8 weeks.

-------------------------------------------------------

Please note that responsibility for paying any duties or customs fees lies with the buyer; I cannot list items as a "gift". Everything will be suitably packed to minimise the risk of damage.

-------------------------------------------------------

If you would like me to arrange for postal insurance for any item, please contact me before you make your purchase and I'll happily do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm happy to issue a refund if the item you receive is not how it was described in the listing (e.g. wrong colour, different size, etc.) Please contact me if that is the case and I will endeavour to put things right for you.

-------------------------------------------------------

Please read the title and the description of what you are purchasing. Many of my items are patterns which come as a PDF download and these are clearly listed and described as such.

I'm still receiving requests for refunds from people who have purchased a pattern and expect a finished piece of embroidery when they have paid less than the materials alone would cost me! In those situations, you are not automatically entitled to a refund. You will receive the pattern you purchased, as described in the listing, and you can either enjoy figuring out a new skill in order to make it yourself, or get a friend to help you...! I can even give you some pointers if you are not sure where to start.

-------------------------------------------------------

I can't assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. This means if an item is lost or damaged by Royal Mail, I may not be able to refund your item or replace it (many are one-offs anyhow.) However, if this does occur, please let me know so I can register a complaint to my postal carrier, claim the compensation for you and hopefully sort out the issue before you leave feedback. Thanks!
