PRODUCTION TIME: All items are handmade to order in the manner they are received. Current turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. I try my very best to keep all items in stock to ship out FAST! I get most items shipped with in 5-7 business days. At times, due to high volume, production time will increase. They are WORTH the wait!!!

RUSH ORDERS: If you need an item RUSHED we have a rush order listing for purchase that will guarantee your item will ship with in 48 hrs. Please contact before purchasing the rush order listing to ensure that the item is in stock and available for rush order. Rush orders automatically come with priority shipping. Rush order listings are listed in our shop and MUST be purchased with each rushed item.

READY TO SHIP: There is a "Ready to Ship" section in the shop. Each item listed is just that, ready to ship! These items will ship with in 24-72 hours of purchase. Sometimes, I just cant always make it to the post office the next day. If a ready to ship item is purchased with an item that is not ready to ship, this will delay your shipment to my standard shipping time of 1-3 weeks. If an item is not listed in this section, it is NOT ready to ship.

SHIPPING: All items ship out first class USPS. First class shipping has an estimated arrival of 3-5 business days. You may upgrade to priority shipping, at checkout, which has an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days. If you purchase a rush order listing, your purchase will automatically be upgraded to priority. Please note USPS never guarantees their "estimated" shipping timeline for first class or priority mail. I cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, and or damaged packages that may occur in the shipping process. If an item happens to be damaged due to shipping I will happily repair the damage. Buyer must pay return shipping.

RETURNS: All custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE. All regular price, non damaged, unworn purchases can be returned with in 48 hours of receiving item(s) . Shipping cost are non refundable and buyer must pay return shipping.

CARE: Every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Just like any other piece of jewelry or accessories, Finite Little Gems pieces, can break if mistreated. I do my best to insure that all pieces are durable and made to last, even with toddlers. However, I cannot design a piece that can survive deliberate yanking and pulling. If an item so happens to get damaged from normal wear and tear or from being mistreated I would be happy to help fix it. Fix it fee will apply depending on the scope of the damage. Buyer will pay return shipping. To prevent tarnishing please keep items in dry area. Do not let items get any fluid on them to prevent damage, tarnishing, or wear and tear.

All items are HANDMADE and no two will be identical. Some items may have very very very minor "defects" that are characteristics of that particular item that are not noticeable to the naked eye.
