I have been making and selling jewelry now for over 20 years. Working with color and texture is a daily privilege, as is “meeting “ so many wonderful customers . When you buy from me you are buying from a real person and supporting an artisan small business.

I work hard at providing a high quality jewelry product at a very competitive price. I use quality beads, wire, and findings, the best that I can while keeping prices reasonable, and I finish all my jewelry completely. All items come gift boxed and are shipped quickly.

Welcome, and thanks for visiting my shop. My hope is to give you a pleasant and secure shopping experience. I design and hand make all the items I sell here ; some are one-of-a-kind items and some are items that I try to keep in stock, based upon the availability of the beads

Please note, I try to keep the jewelry I make as close to the pictures as possible, however stone beads are natural materials and as such there will be slight variations each time I get a new shipment since natural stones tend to vary in their appearance and availability; however I aim to please so should you have special requests do not hesitate to add these in notes to seller. Thanks!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Should you have any issue with an item please convo me, I stand behind the jewelry I make. I will accept items that have broken within a reasonable time frame back at my expense and I will fix them and resend to you.

RETURNS: Contact me before returning for a return or exchange within 3 DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE on ETSY only, not by email. I must hear from you by etsy convo BEFORE you ship it back if you want a refund, and within 3 days. I accept returns of items in original condition, however, CUSTOM ORDERS are non-refundable & non-returnable due to their personal nature. RETURNS are ONLY honored for pieces where feedback reviews have NOT been left. I work hard to accurately describe and photograph merchandise so return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please INSURE IT AND RETURN IN THE SAME PACKAGING so you will know it arrived safely. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED. Please include SPECIFIC instructions (exchange or refund) with your transaction number and username for prompt service. Money can only be refunded to the buyer in the same method as originally paid, like Paypal, and cannot be refunded to a gift recipient.

RETURNS can only be honored if item is returned in ORIGINAL NEW UNWORN condition AND IF RETURNED IN THE SAME PACKAGING. Items not sent in same packaging can get damaged in shipping on postal conveyor belts & in sorting machines. Fiorella is unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient packaging on returned items.

If there is any thing you are unsure of about the item you are interested in purchasing, please convo me before checking out and I will do my best to answer your questions.If you are new to Etsy, here's a link that will take you to an explanation of the checkout process.
I will mail USPS first class with tracking unless otherwise requested. If you need insurance, please contact me before purchasing for a shipping quote. I will do my utmost to mail within 3 business days of payment, and will contact you with the details if this is not possible. The tracking will ensure us both that the package gets to you, and beyond that I cannot be responsible. If something arrives broken however I will try to fix it.

International customers- I am happy to work with you but find the cost of shipping registered packages to most countries outside the US prohibitive, so I send first class. By purchasing, you are implying consent to this. Should you need registered mail or insurance, contact me before purchase, please. First Class provides tracking in some countries but not all, therefore by purchasing first class shipping with me you absolve me of responsibility if a package should go missing in your country. I will try to help locate it but can make no guarantees, those come with registered mail only, which you must ask for and pay for before shipping.

People who reside in countries other than the U.S. may be required to pay customs taxes from your country. This is something that originates in the country you reside and over which I have no control. Most local post offices can give you some idea if there will be a tax required on your purchase.

REVIEWS/FEEDBACK: Etsy has replaced its original feedback system with a ‘Review’ option based on a star rating. In conjunction with this new feature Etsy may send you email notifications or reminders. These emails are generated by the Etsy system, NOT by our shop, and thus should contain instructions on how to opt-out if you do not wish to receive such reminders in the future
