Why is my tree smaller/bigger than on a picture in your listing?
We work very hard to grow healthy and vigorous plants for our customers. The size of a specific plant will vary due to its type and how it is structured. Specifically height will vary daily with some plants growing 1/2” to 1” per day depending upon the time of year.
When will you ship my order?
We tend to ship plants on Mondays since we don't want them to sit in some warehouse over the weekend - that way the plant will arrive to you as fresh and healthy as possible. We water the plant right before packing it.
As far as seeds - we ship those on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Are your plants/seeds organic?
Yes, they are grown organically. We are in a 3 year process to transition our ground to organic (2 years in), so in about 1.5 years we will have an organic certificate and it will be official.
Are you a nursery?
Yes, we are a certified nursery located in Tulare, California.
Will my tree have blooms/fruit on it when I receive it?
It depends on the time of a year. In summer you will typically receive a tree with leaves and even fruits, but in winter months the tree will arrive to you dormant - meaning it will look more like a stick. Which is even better - since that tree is asleep and not disturbed much by the transplant.
