Marcel was great to work with! The shipping company lost my item, I reached out to him and he remade it for me no questions asked. The heart on top is what I ordered, and the bottom is what I am turning them into. They were the perfect size for our wedding favors, our guests our going to love them! I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Marcel! Thank you!!

Marcel Ruiter
Owner, Creator, Designer
Marcel founded Fire Feather in August 2011 and specialised in designing logo's, brand identities and user interfaces for applications. Soon he started to develop a taste for product development and design and started creating products and gifts for Christmas fairs using a CNC Router, turning his own workshop into a real Santa's Little workplace. In 2014 he collaborated with a laser engraving company nearby and gained the experience to start his own.

I have a sketch on paper i would like engraved, is this possible?
It sure is, we have a lot of experience in creating digital vector drawings and love to help you to realize your wishes.
We have a special venue where we would like to hand out a larger number of engraved items, can you handle larger orders?
Yes, one of the main advantages of a laser engraver is speed. Please feel free to contact us for possibilities.
My order has been shipped, when can i expect to receive my order?
We are based in Europe so the following shipping times apply:
Netherlands 1 - 2 working days
Europe 3 - 9 working days
Rest of the world may take up to 6 - 16 working days **
** When using our shipping upgrade you can expect delivery within 7 working days, this applies internationally. You will also receive a Track & Trace code to track your order online.
