Returns and exchanges
All sales are final due to their custom nature.
However if an error is made on my part, I will be very happy to correct the problem.
Payment
I accept Paypal,(preferred)cashier checks and money orders. Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.

I will not start on your order until is payment is received/cleared due to the custom nature of your jewels.
Shipping
{SHIPPING }
Buyer pays a fixed shipping rate of $2.50 (USPS First Class) Global Priority shipping is available to Canada for $4.50. I love to combine shipping for other jewelry items as long as item is paid for and shipped at the same time.

{ Insurance }
Insurance is not included in the shipping charges however it is HIGHLY recommended. Although I do my best to package your order very carefully, once it is in the care of the postal service, I am no longer responsible for it.

{ TURN AROUND TIME }
Please note that custom jewelry orders can take up to 3 weeks from the time pictures/info is received to the time it arrives on your doorstep. If you need your order sooner, please contact me to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method.

Each piece from Firefly Jewelry will arrive suitable for gift giving and in a bubble padded mailer.

Giving jewels as a gift?
Just let me know if you would like your jewels shipped directly
to the recipient.
