Love this stuff, using it daily. Please package it in a small box next time? Really makes my pieces shine, and helps to preserve the copper finish, too.

Returns and exchanges
We understand that sometimes you order the wrong thing or the item you got just isn’t right. So we’re happy to take back products for exchange or return.

Before you send anything back, please give us a “heads up.” Contact us by Etsy convo, email or phone to let us know that you are sending something back. We can find out what’s coming back and the reason it didn’t work out. We’ll give you a Return Authorization Number; a number that helps us track it in our computer.

There are some things that we ask.
* Please no returns or silver wire or sheet.
* We can’t take back open packages of items (ex. 8pcs from a bag of 10)
* Closeout and special order items cannot be returned.
* We also are unable to take back DVD’s (unless they are defective and then only for replacement).
* We ask that you only return items that are unused and in sellable condition. Basically, don’t use the item, don’t assemble it and keeping it in is original packaging.
* Lastly, we ask that you limit your returns to items purchased in that last 30 days.

Return shipping is your responsibility. We suggest that you return items the most economical yet safest way. If a return is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility, so keep in mind insurance and tracking when shipping.
Payment
All payments are made through Etsy. Customers outside of Florida are responsible for paying their own sales tax. International customers are responsible for paying any import tax or handling fees that may be added by their postal carriers.

Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel your order for any reason.
Shipping
We ship and insure all products via USPS First Class or Priority mail. If you need an item delivered by a guaranteed date, please let us know BEFORE you place your order. There may be an additional shipping charge for this service.

When you order multiple items, we always do our best to pack everything into one box to save you postage and credit back shipping overages to your charge card.

If you place a second order before your first has shipped, we will combine the orders to save you postage and credit back the overage.

The postman picks up at 3pm EST. Orders placed after 3pm may not be shipped until the next business day.

If the package says delivered according to the tracking information, but you did not receive the package, please contact USPS to put a trace on the package. Sometimes a package is just mis-delivered. Before you put on a trace, we suggest that you first consider checking with the following:
- others in your house/office
- neighbors
- your letter carrier
- your local post master

We will need to have a case number before we are able to put in an insurance claim for a lost package. Replacements for "lost" packages that are delivered according to the tracking number will be mailed out after the insurance claim has been paid. Sorry, we can't just send out free product.

If we feel a customer has reported a missing order, missing item, or damaged order fraudulently we reserve the right to refuse further business with this person.

Orders over $500 will be shipped requiring a signature.

International shipping:
All international customers are required to pay their own duties and taxes on their orders.
