First Blessings Christening Wear how it all began....
When I had my two sons, over 36 years ago, I was very frustrated by the lack of choice of boys clothes available. I would go shopping to be greeted by rails and rails of girls dresses and find the boys section would extend to a few shorts and t shirts, all very dull and uninspiring. I am now a very proud Grandmother to my Grandsons Sebastian, Elliot, Alexander and my beautiful little Granddaughter, Olivia and still the choice for boys has not improved.
I started First Blessings Christening Wear back in 1994, when I used to supply to a few local children' s clothes shops, over time the shops all started to close down, due to the large supermarkets taking over. I then ventured into the wedding line, making wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, but my true love is making for babies and young children, the scope for designs is endless. Thank fully the internet has enabled me to supply my Christening wear all over the world, and I have made lots of Mums, Dads and Grandparents very happy.
