Haven't used yet but have heard its very useful

I have just started learning continental knitting and was having trouble keeping the yarn at the right tension, or even on my index finger at times. The ring arrived this morning and I started using it straight away and it is brilliant, I can concentrate on my technique without stopping to rescue my working yarn or try to finish a row with it dangling somewhere below my needles. My next use of the ring will be to try and crochet 'normally' rather than throwing the yarn!
