I had the wrong shipping address from an old purchase on my account and she was able to change it for me and came within the time stated with time to spare! Thank you so much for my bag it will be a fun detail to use!

This order was delivered to the buyer one week after purchasing and was the exact size that was selected by the buyer. I was taken back after receiving this review and offered the buyer a new bag free of charge, and a full refund. Customer satisfaction is my number one concern. It saddens me that she was dissatisfied and I made every effort to rectify the situation to a satisfied one. International Orders
I'm happy to ship internationally, however buyer assumes all import taxes applied to orders upon arrive to their destination. Also buyer assumes all risk for late delivery due to hold up in customs. For international packages deemed "lost" buyer can request refund and will be granted refund after USPS refunds the amount of the lost goods to the shop owner.
