Frequently asked questions
Do I need to order a wallpaper swatch?

We strongly suggest you purchase a test swatch before committing to full rolls because we are unable to do returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases as our wallpaper is specially printed to order.

A test swatch will allow you to accurately see the color and scale of the design (what you see on your computer monitor may not be accurate) and also test the adhesive on your wall or surface.

What’s the difference between wallpaper types?

The removable Peel-&-Stick woven wallpaper is 100% PVC-free polyester TEXTILE with a peel-&-stick backing. It’s NOT recommended for walls with textured walls as it will not stick correctly.

The removable pre-pasted smooth wallpaper is a durable, opaque white PAPER with a water-activated adhesive backing (fully recyclable once removed). This wallpaper is more reliable, even when applied to unrecommended surfaces, but it's always best to follow the installation instructions and surface guidelines to the letter.

The installation differs slightly between the two types — you'll receive comprehensive instructions to guide you.

How do I remove the Prepasted Smooth Wallpaper?

To take down Prepasted Removable Smooth Wallpaper, start at the corner of one roll and gently peel back from the wall. If the paper is being stubborn, use a damp sponge to reactivate the adhesive to allow it to release more easily. Once the paper is removed, the wall can be wiped with a damp sponge to clear up any remaining adhesive residue.

How do I remove the Peel-and-Stick Woven Wallpaper?

To take down Peel and Stick Removable Woven Wallpaper, start at the corner of the roll and simply peel away from the wall like a sticker.

How do I clean Removable Wallpaper?

Gently wipe down with a damp cloth. The use of cleaner or heavy rubbing can cause color to lift.

Can I use wallpaper in my bathroom?

Customers have successfully used it in their bathrooms in conjunction with a seam adhesive to prevent edges from lifting. I suggest ordering a test swatch to test it out in an inconspicuous spot in your own bathroom.
